These are split into levels, to ensure each student gets the right amount of teacher time and support throughout their pole journey. These are our most popular class and tend to sell out, so we only offer block bookings.

We offer these both in the studio and online. The focus alternates week to week between upper body and lower body, ensuring a comprehensive guide to stretching your body safely. These are mixed ability, suitable for polers and non-polers alike. Drop in, or block bookings are available.

If you prefer to have more attention from your instructor, private tuition is the way to go. It's a popular choice for people who have a specific pole or flexibility goal in mind, or who struggle with a class environment. These cost £30 per person, per hour and can be booked by messaging or emailing us with your availability and we go from there!

Pole lends itself well to many styles of dance, from the skripper style origins, to lyrical. We like to offer a range of workshops for our students to experiment and learn new movements. These are announced in our FB group for existing students first, then advertised on socials. Spaces tend to go fast, so keep your eyes peeled!

We offer tailor made party packages to suit your special occasion, whether it be birthdays or hen/stag parties. Prices are £15 per person per hour, based on a minimum of 5 participants. For more information, Email us!
